Carriers with transborder operations require the currency exchange rates to convert freight charges between US and Canadian currencies.

The NATC publishes these currency exchange rates bi-weekly.

The Bulletin is available on a subscription basis to all interested parties and is released on the 14th and the last day of each month. The exchange rates remain in effect for the periods: the 1st through the 14th of each month; the 15th through the end of each month.
