Carriers with transborder operations require the currency exchange rates to convert freight charges between US and Canadian currencies.

The NATC publishes these currency exchange rates bi-weekly.

The Bulletin is available on a subscription basis to all interested parties and is released the last business day prior to the 1st and 15th of each month. The exchange rates remain in effect for the periods: the 1st through the 14th of each month; the 15th through the end of each month.
